All dancers must register and pay online before the day of the camp to be enrolled. Registration closes the day before. This means that dancers who wish to participate in the camp need to complete the registration process and make the required payment prior to the day the camp begins. The deadline for registration is the day before the camp starts.
Walk-ups are not permitted. This means that participants cannot simply show up on the day of the camp without having previously registered and paid. Walk-ins or last-minute registrations are not allowed.
Tuition must be paid in full to hold placement. To secure a spot in the camp, dancers must pay the entire tuition amount. Partial payments or deposits may not be sufficient to reserve a place.
Camp must have 50% or more enrollment to run by the registration deadline. For the camp to proceed as scheduled, it needs to reach a minimum enrollment threshold of 50% or more of the available spots. This enrollment requirement must be met by the specified registration deadline.
If low enrollment, camp will be canceled. If the camp fails to meet the minimum enrollment requirement by the registration deadline, it will be canceled. In other words, if there aren't enough participants registered, the camp will not take place.
If canceled, a credit or refund will be given. Credit can be used towards another Workshop, Camp, Class, Tuition and will be valid for one year from the date given. In the event of a camp cancellation, participants will receive a credit or a refund.
No refunds for dropping out or missing camp for any reason. If a participant decides to drop out of the camp or misses it for any reason, they will not be eligible for a refund. Regardless of the circumstances, the payment made for the camp is non-refundable.
